Hi all,

I went down to Church street in Manhattan and waited in front of the Mellinium Hilton hotel. I was waiting for Zeus and David (dpuma) because we were to meet up with Carl (Carlinho). So, 7:00pm rolls around and no one is there. I have a hot dog and watch the people passing by and stuff.

Well, at 7:30pm, i decided to go into the hotel and page Carl. I go up to the desk and ask the guy to page Carl. He looks at me and says maybe it would be easier to give him Carls last name so he can call the room? Hmm...good idea, but i don't know Carls last name! Ok, i thanked the guy and figured i'd walk around a bit before going back home.

About 20 feet away from me is a group of people sitting on a couch talking. I look longer at one of them because it looks like Carl. I slowely walk past them and look harder. Gee, it seems to be Carl, should i ask? So, i make a second pass and catch Carls eye. I smile at him and he realizes that it's Bobbyboy112003 hahaha.

Well, we talk for a while and he introduces me to his co-workers, 2 from Germany and one from Singaphore. They were nice people. Carl asks me if i want to join them for dinner, but i had to leave soon. So, we said our goodbyes and i look forward to meeting Carl when he has more time in NYC and the NYC TF crew can give him a real welcome! Carl's a really cool guy!
